We offer statewide mobile bartending services and charge a travel fee of $1 per mile for events located more than 60 miles from Knoxville. This fee helps cover fuel and extended travel time, ensuring our team arrives on time and fully prepared.

What kind of permits will I need for my event?

A: Yes! All of our bartenders at Rocky Top Bartending are fully licensed and insured to serve events throughout Tennessee. Our team holds state-approved bartending certifications and carries general and liquor liability insurance to meet venue and event requirements.

We meet or exceed all legal requirements for mobile bartending in Tennessee, so you can enjoy your event with complete peace of mind.

For any permits that may be needed, it is the client's responsibility to secure those. Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us or reach out to your local municipality or police department regarding permitting.

Q:What is the payment and cancellation policy at Rocky Top Bartending?

A: At Rocky Top Bartending, we offer flexible payment options and clear cancellation policies to make booking your event simple and stress-free.

Payment Policy:

We allow you to split payments into 2–3 installments for convenience.

The first payment secures your event date,
The final balance is due one week before your event.

We accept credit card and cash payments via our secure invoicing platform, HoneyBook.

Cancellation Policy:

Payments are non-refundable if the event is canceled within 90 days of the scheduled date.
For outdoor events canceled due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule your bartending services, depending on availability.
Clients are responsible for providing any necessary tents or rain protection; Rocky Top Bartending does not provide weather-related equipment.
